Applicants should keep the archives intact when reading, hand-copying or duplicate archives, and must not commit any of the following acts. If any of the following circumstances occurs, the person in charge shall immediately stop it; if it involves criminal responsibility, it shall be transferred to the procuratorial organ for investigation.
Add, alter, replace, extract, circle or deface archives.
Disassemble the file that has been bound.
Destroy the file or replace the file contents by other means.
Unauthorized removal of part or all of the archives information from the reading location without permission.
Enter the archives operation office or warehouse in private.
