What is the procedure for people to apply for archives applications?

The applicant fill in the application.
Send the application by post or in person to the file storage authority.
Application review by the business section.
After the completion of the review of the business unit, it is proposed to have a “Archives Application Review Notice” and a “Archives Application Review Form”, notify the applicant of the audit result within 30 days of receipt, and copy notification to archives management section.
The applicant reads, hand-copying or duplicate the archives on the designated date to the archives application office in accordance with the notice of the audit.
After confirming that the number of archives is correct,the applicant signs the signature of the archives application (two copies, one delivery to the applicant; the other is retained by the section).
After the applicant has finished reading or hand-copying,return the archives to the accepting section.
Charge and make a receipt.
